Theatre Policies
In an ongoing effort to ensure the safety, security and convenience of Annenberg Center patrons and performers, we ask that you please take a moment and review our policies.
- Latecomers will be seated during appropriate pauses in the performance as a courtesy
to other audience members. However, not all performances have late seating
opportunities, so please arrive on time. Please check your tickets, as performance
times vary.
- Children under the age of 5 are permitted to children's events only and must have a
ticket to enter the theatre.
- Children under the age of 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
to enter the theater.
- Please consider the effects of strong perfumes and colognes on those seated around you.
- Food and beverage is not permitted in any of the Annenberg Center theatres.
Lost & Found
The Annenberg Center's patron services department oversees and manages any items left behind. Items considered "Lost & Found" will be kept secure in our House Manager's office for two weeks. Personal items found such as wallets, ID cards, credit cards and keys will immediately be turned in to the Office of Public Safety at 4040 Chestnut Street (215.898.7297). If you have lost an item at the Annenberg Center, you may call 215.573.5487 or email us at lostandfound@ac.upenn.edu.
