Penn Presents: Theatre Policies

For the convenience of you, our patrons, we have created the following theatre policies in order to make everyone’s experience at the theatre enjoyable.

Latecomers will be seated during appropriate pauses in the performance as a courtesy to other audience members. For Dance Celebration performances, latecomers will be seated following the first work on the program as requested by the dance companies. Please check your tickets, as performance times vary. Usually, performance times for Sunday through Thursday evenings are 7:30 pm., Friday and Saturday evening performances are at 8:00 p.m., Saturday matinees are at 2:00 p.m., and Sunday matinees are at 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Children under 5 are permitted only to children’s events. Regardless of age, each child must have a ticket and must be able to sit in a seat.
A ticket stub is required for re-entry into the theatre.
Please turn off all cell phones and beepers and refrain from talking.
Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the theatres.
Smoking is not permitted any where in the building or vestibules.
The Annenberg Center and Irvine Auditorium house staff reserve the right to remove and possibly refuse admittance to persons deemed disruptive or abusive.
Please consider the effects of strong perfumes and colognes on those seated around you.
